Model Livestock Advancement Foundation (MLAF) is the first and only nonprofit animal healthcare, technical education and research-based organization in Bangladesh, was established in 2015 and registered under NGO Affairs Bureau, Prime Minister’s Office. 

It’s working for women empowerment, youth employment, food safety, one health approach, antimicrobial resistance control, herd health improvement and animal rights. The area of operation of the organization shall be everywhere in Bangladesh and any part of world. 

MLAF has collaboration with LGED, JICA, ICTD, BTEB, DLS, VSF-Sweden, HBB-USA and other local organization.

  • Zoonoses & antimicrobial resistance control

Vision

Establishment of sustainable Livestock Production System which will  contribute to  GDP, employment, food security and safety.

  • Consumers, from safe food shopping to eating
  • Private and public sector and NGO staffs
  • Livestock service provider and village doctors 
  • Dropout unemployed young people
  • Disadvantaged women
